The new gimmick is a split into tribes defined by brains, brawn, and beauty. I'm willing to take bets that the beauty tribe gets Ulonged. Unless the edit is of a tribe of underdogs taking a level in badass to become competent. We'll just have to see.
Sadly, this means I won't have enough time for fastings and whatnot usually. But I will have enough time for the upcoming group game. In the meantime, looking forward to February, when they start up Survivor: Cagayan.
Happy New Year, everyone! This February we get a new season, Survivor: Cagayan. It's similar to past brains vs. brawn seasons, but with a twist. There will be a third tribe of beautiful people. I'll lay money that the beautiful tribe gets Ulonged.
I wasn't able to watch the final episode of the season myself, but I heard the results. First off, glad that Ciera didn't win. She's a little too smug for my taste. Second off, Monica was a pretty damn good goat. And third, I called Tyson to win during the episode where he dislocated his shoulder. Just a gut feeling, and the knowledge that he'd be underestimated due to his injury.
Well, with Survivor: Jamaica and my finals over, I think it's time to spend that season pass and join Survivor: Hawaii. I hope I play memorable enough to come back for All-Stars. That'd make me a three-time veteran.
And I finally have time to get on here. I'm in a Survivor-y mood this week. Also, I just got XCOM: Enemy Unknown. Going through my redshirts like copy paper, but my favorite sniper just manifested psionics, so it's going as usual.
