so raffle ticket -- you pay 1t to buy a ticket. you have to be in a frat to buy one. everyone that has purchased a ticket goes into a drawing and one person is selected.
that one person is automatically enrolled in the stars game. the game starts every Saturday at 6pm est, which would be midnight your time (so technically Sunday morning) :) hope that helps!
