Yeah, I don't think saying that someone SHOULD be hit by a train is a death threat. A definition of a death threat:
Under state criminal codes, which vary by state, it is an offense to knowingly utter or convey a threat to cause death or bodily harm to any person. It is also an offense to threaten to burn, destroy or damage property or threaten to kill, poison or injure an animal or bird that belongs to a person.
Did I threaten her life? No. I simply stated that a train SHOULD hit her. It was an immature statement, sure. But it shouldn't be banworthy LOL
A death threat would be like saying: "lonlee i'm gonna have a train come an kill you". Which is faaaar from what I said. And at the moment (earlier this morning) I just felt like saying that.
Do I mean it, no. Anyone who knows me knows that I don't wish anyone dead. But people who do know me, *cough dools cough*, know that I get VERY immature when I get angry or aggravated.
