Stars would cease to still be a game if they all followed the example of last weeks Etienne win, where it was over as soon as he got in on the click race. Bigger names nowadays are more often saved than better gameplay which leads to a boring and predictable week with undeserving winners.
And it is bad cause if the interest falls back it ain't good for Rando and the site!!!!

stars is based on bbuk. based. it is not bbuk because you can talk about noms and the public knows about the contestants in the game. stars is what we make of it.
Holder if you are going to try to base anything on gameplay, you have to be aware of the gameplay that went on. You know 1 thing, and that is one person going unnommed.
no one can know what happened gameplay-wise and the cast knows that. and they also know if someone goes unnommed, then it looks like they played the best game.
so if he worked his ass off to go unnommed, he deserves the win bc he played well.
if the cast just allowed him to go unnommed, he deserves the win bc the cast is dumb.
If that's your only criteria for good gameplay, then I've overestimated your depth.
And as you have said, Tengaged has no outlet for the public to see the inner functions of the game, so how can it be expected for Tengaged to attribute gameplay to it at all?
The "unnommed is best" mindset is terribly naive, and I would expect you to understand that, being a fellow Stars player.
Never let someone go unnommed. It's Stars 101. If he had gotten nommed for 5th or even 4th, we wouldn't even be having this convo, but he made it thru the whole game. DiNoM even said himself that he tried to get Mark up on day 1 so it's not like he didn't have to keep himself off the block.
I don't always think unnommed is best. If you go unnommed and create a flavor in the process, I think that's bad gameplay. But Mark didn't really create a flavor. I think he played the best possible game he could have played in his situation.
