Yeah that's right, fed up of being on white level. Really desperate to go up to yellow.. anyone got any ideas of how I can go up a level fairly quickly?

Slow castings will get you karma really well if you talk enough in them. They can be pretty boring but if you really want karma those are the kinds of games you need to play. Goodluck :D
