There is a lot of controversy surrounding who goes up in tie votes, etc. in Stars... thus far I've heard:

1) It goes by + and -
2) It is completely random
3) It's by who joined last (which I think was done away with)
4) Who has more karma

Which one is it really? Can someone with some power tell me the answer?

well if you mean tie votes for nominations...im pretty sure it's 3. only cus thats what happened to me both times the algos choose noms.

if its eviction percentage then i think it's 4...only looking back on the past few ties that have happened.
