Ive started and stopped several diets in the past but this time I plan on sticking with it. I'm not following any specific diet plan or anything like that. All I am doing is eating salads and fruit for lunch and then eating a small dinner. I started yesterday and I've already lost 3 pounds so hopefully I will continue the trend. I know people probably don't care but I was bored so I decided to write a blog.
