is that literally EVERY restaurant I have been to, the servers either pre-bus their tables or they will go back and clean it when the people leave. But at the restaurant I work at, the a lot of the servers don’t clean and bus their tables at all and 100% expect me and my other hostesses to clean their tables or they’ll just stay dirty and get mad. They even do this when it’s dead af.
