Why cant I get Hot Girls?

So I have dated alright girls and we usally date for a year or so but whenever I date a HOT girl we date for a month and she dumps me and Even Hot ass girls will say They think im hot but they would never date me but yet they want to have sex with me..... Sometimes I do not get girls...... What do I do to make them like me like that?
