I lost a cousin to a suspected overdose the other day. 28 yrs. A massive heartattack. We were not that close unfortunately. I spoke to my aunty tonight. His mother. It was sad. I've lost 4 people to suicide. A lover. A ex. A uncle and a friend. It hits you and can destroy you. It made me stronger.
I support a charity called speak up n stay chatty which is a no profit organization run by a young man that lost his young brother to suicide. It goes to schools and teaches kids to talk about problems, issues and bullying. Too many people die to suicide. This site can be nasty. I have been. I apologize.
