8 - 12 players enter an apartment. People will play for a cash prize of x dollars. Gameplay is as shown:
One person wins the PTR (Paid The Rent) competition.
The PTR winner can choose to also pay someone else's rent.
All others are going to play the KO (Kicking Out) competition.
The last two who perform the worst in the competition are put up for Eviction Notice.
If anyone has the Thieved! item, they can use it on the PTR winner and force him into the Eviction Notice and choose one Eviction Noticed player to save.
No Eviction Noticed players can vote in the Eviction Notice. Whoever receives the most votes in the Eviction Notice is eliminated and is now declared an Evicted.
Process continues until the final 4.
There is no Thieved! item involved at this point of the competition. The person who wins the PTR is safe until the final 3.
Everyone else is put into Eviction Notice. The Eviction Notice players vote against each other. If there is a tie, the PTR winner will vote as well. Person with the most votes will be Evicted.
At the final 3, the Evicted will come back and vote for the person (publically) to become an Evicted. The final 2 will compete in the ExR (Extra Rent) competition. Whoever wins will receive a +1 vote in the FR (Forever Rent) competition.
The Evicted will vote between the final 2 for who wins the FR.
Whoever receives the most votes in the FR competition will receive the cash prize and be declared the winner of the first season of "Evicted!".
It's actually very different from Big Brother. Only similarities is that there is no Veto, no one selects nominees, and at the final 3, the Evicted can choose someone to become an Evicted as well.
