I heard this on the radio yesterday so that's the inspiration for this blog. Every time I hear this song, it just strikes me as really awesome. There are always those people who just feel like being mean and telling you you're wrong. So this is saluting all those "uncool kids" and "losers", saying just to celebrate being yourself.

I have to say that I really like this because it's not only humorous, but true (maybe not the God part, depending on your religion...I'm not being religious, simply quoting the movie). It seems like, no matter what situation you're in, there's always that other opportunity (aka the window) just waiting for you. And I'm just an optimistic person in general so I like to believe that. :)

I was channel surfing and saw that Horton Hears a Who! was on TV yesterday so I figured this would be a relevant quote. I just have to say that this is a quote that I really like, yet it's totally unrealistic sometimes. haha Sometimes you have to cry because it's over, then you can smile later. It can take awhile to get perspective on the situation.
I've decided that I'll post a random quote from a song, book, movie, etc. Because I like quotes. :)
