what's the plus (+) mean?

I am also wondering what the "+10" wrote underneath some blogs mean? does writing that give the player more points? if so what colour level do you have to be to make a difference?

You see the green tick mark...

when you click that on someone's blog, it gets plussed based on your volor level...

+9 (I am a brown color level)

since your colour level is only the 4th colour level you can only minus and plus a bog +4 and -4. Since Im a blue level and this is the 6th level I can minus 6 and plus six on blogs
