Brendan? I officially hate America Aug 11, 2011
Who the fuck voted for him and why. This is the last straw America.

Jury needs to suck it up and vote like this is a GAME Aug 7, 2011
In case it wasn't very obvious, when we join a Rookies, we're joining a GAME.

As part of the game, your goal is to make it as far as you can. When you get final 2 after being in the final 6 against 5 other FRIENDS, you would think that a smart Jury would award you for strong gameplay and give you the victory.

My bad.

What do you people do when you play Call of Duty or Halo? Prone in the corner and talk about life?

Fast games ruined Tengaged. I want the old Tengaged back. Jun 13, 2011
Seriously, I'm pretty bothered by this. I left Tengaged nearly a year ago right after the new Rookies went live. I was SO freakin pumped to see official Big Brother rules implemented into Rookies. I went in, sat down, and expected to start a new week long awesome experience. Instead, the game ended in an hour. I realized at that point that there was no hope for Rookies and I left.

I've been checking Tengaged from time to time over this last year, looking from afar. I went back and saw something that lit me up.. a "Week Games" section and saw Rookies under it. So I went in today to play again, fully expecting to start another week long adventure and a true Big Brother experience.

Guess what happened... it was over in an hour.

Seriously, wtf. That totally ruins how special Tengaged once was. How unique it was. Now it's just a game of entering a room with a bunch of friends, voting as fast as you can (god for bid, if you're the last one your a damn target), and getting the game done as quick as possible.

And for the love of god, why the hell is there even a "fast game" version of Rookies. How could it possibly move any faster?

I miss the old Rookies and the old Tengaged. Where's the strategy? Where's the fun of social interaction, making friends because you're stuck with a group of people for a week? That's what was awesome about Tengaged. That was magic. And now it's gone.

I'm disappointed and sad. Randomize, if you're listening, please go back to your roots and make this

I left Tengaged because speed games ruined it. I thought it was fixed. It is not. [PLEASE READ] Jun 12, 2011

Dear Randomize, The new BB USA (Rookies) game! Jul 12, 2010
Ok, I've talked with my buddy a while about this and I think this is the perfect balance for the new Rookies. Read the rules below and provide feedback!

14 players
12 hour days
20 T$ to enter

New additions:
HOH bedroom - private chat room controlled by HOH. HOH gets to add/remove who has access to the chat room at any time. Users with access can only read messages that occur WHILE they have access to the room (no historical messages).

Food competitions - If you are on "slop", your food score diminishes. Otherwise, your food score slowly gains. You can also gain food score by being HOH. You can eat random apples that popup in chat to gain a little  more food score. If your food score reaches 0% (a few consecutive slop days and little activity), you will die and be eliminated.

Double elimination - One day during the game (Before you reach the top 4), both nominated players will be eliminated from the competition. This is determined at random.

Jury - 3rd place through 10th place eliminated players will become the Jury. At any point through the rest of the game, they can rearrange the order of the players remaining to determine who should win. The person at the top is the person they want to win the most, bottom the least. They can change and resave this order at any time.

Prizes:
14 - 10 nothing
9 - 1K - 5T$
8 - 2K - 10T$
7 - 3K - 15T$
6 - 5K - 20T$
5 - 7K - 25T$
4 - 10K - 35T$
3 - 15K - 45T$
2 - 20K - 60T$
1 - 30K - 80T$

Day 1:
HOH is selected at random. Everyone arranges players in order from top to bottom (similar to Duel games). Top being the person you want to nominate/eliminate the most, bottom the least. You can change and resave this order at any time. This will be your nomination order if you become HOH or POV.

Day 2:
2 nominees are selected based on the HOH's nomination order (top 2 get nominated). Everyone (except HOH) competes for POV by playing a competition. Your completed score is visible to everyone. You also get to choose one person you would save from the block (or nobody).

Once all players have competed, or after 8 hours, the leading scorer becomes POV holder (shown publicly) and his decision is executed. If he chose to remove someone from the block, the next valid player in his nomination order is sent to the block in replacement.

Day 3:
An Elimination occurs. Of the 2 nominees, the nominee with the most points (the person who was highest in everyone's nominee order) is evicted.

New HOH is selected BASED ON ALGO. Food competition begins. Players are randomly split into 2 teams. Each player's score is accumulated into the entire team's score.

Day 4:
The losing team of the food competition goes on "slop" until the next food competition (unless you are HOH).

Repeat Day 2.

Day 5:
Repeat Day 3, etc

...

Day 19 (Presumably): Final 4 day
New HOH is selected. Nominees are chosen by order. No food comp. Everyone is safe from food death. Final POV comp and POV decision is executed.

Day 20:
Last evicted by votes. The bottom player on the POV's nomination order is also eliminated. This leaves the final remaining 2 players.

Day 21:
Winner is decided based on the player order selected from each of the Jury members.
