Previously on Escape The Night
Hoop and his friends find out the second key lies with Polythemus the cyclops. Sea and Cam are voted into the death challenge which resulted in Cam being eaten alive by Polythemus.
700 BC
A man is seen pushing a boulder up a hill.
Sisyphus: Why did the gods have to make this my eternal punishment. I can't get any breaks from this.
Hades: I know how to help you.
Sisyphus grunting with pain: How?
Hades: All I need is for you to hold onto a key for me and when a group of people come for the key, one of them will take your place.
Sisyphus: Deal.
Hades then slides the key into Sisyphus's clothes.
Back in 480 BC
Mac: So Sea, what happened to Cam?
Johnny: Yeah, we never got to see what was behind that makeshift door.
Sea: Cam got eaten alive by the cyclops Polythemus.
Voila: That sounds like a terrible way to die.
Velma: Well I gotten eaten alive by a shark and that was pretty bad.
Daphne: At least you didn't get eaten whole in one bite like him , that's worst.
Alec: Stop focusing on his death, we need to keep moving forward.
Shaggy: So where to next to maybe get my treasure.
Hoop looks on the map.
Hoop: It looks like we're going to a steep hill and there's something on it.
Voila: What do you want to bet that whatever it is will kill us.
Mac: I'm not betting since it probably will.
Sea: Well we still have to go there for the key so let's go.
They head off towards the steep hill and slowly go up and about halfway they meet a man.
Daphne: And just who might you be?
Sisyphus: I'm Sisyphus and I was punished with pushing this boulder up for all eternity.
Johnny: Why were you punished?
Sisyphus: I used to be the king of Ephyra and killed people who were under my hospitality so Zeus punished me to do this.
Mac: That sounds like a horrible thing to do . Do you know anything about a key?
Sisyphus: Yes I do have one.
Voila: Can you give it to us for free?
Sisyphus: I cannot. One of you will have to take my place. Vote for two people to go in.
Velma: Oh great, we're voting again.
Hoop: Well let's go back to Persephone's garden.
They all follow the Voodoo Priestess back to Persephone's garden where after five minutes they begin voting.
1980s Warlock: Well you all know how this goes so let's begin.
Sea: I'm surprised you haven't went in yet.

Shaggy: Your only one more body between me and my treasure.

Voila: I think you deserve to go in.

Alec: You just haven't been helpful.

Johnny: Hopefully this time you go in.

Mac: I need strong people to survive and your not one of them.

Velma: Hopefully you get put in.

1980s Warlock: The first person in the death challenge

Shaggy: Alright which of you is trying to stop me from getting my treasure.
1980s Warlock: The second person in the death challenge

1980s Warlock: The Outcast Alec.
Alec: Alright who did me.
Voodoo Priestess: Follow me gentlemen back to the hill.
They had back to the hill and Sisyphus is lower down then when he was earlier.
Sisyphus: For this challenge, I'll ask three questions and the first to get two right wins.
Alec: Good luck Shaggy.
Shaggy: Good luck Alec and may the better person get the treasure.
Sisyphus: Which greek hero killed the minotaur?
Shaggy: Theseus
Sisyphus: Correct, Shaggy 1 Alec 0.
Sisyphus: Next question who performed the 12 labors?
Alec: Hercules
Sisyphus: Correct, Shaggy 1 Alec 1.
Sisyphus: Which god punished me?
Shaggy: Zeus
Sisyphus: Correct, Shaggy wins.
Alec: I don't want to push the boulder.
Sisyphus: Well your going to have to now.
Sisyphus let's go of the boulder and Alec tries to push it but, the sheer weight makes Alec collapse and the boulder rolls over him and down the hill.
Sisyphus: Well that was unfortunate but, at least I'm free. Here is the key.
He pulls it out of his clothes and gives the key to Shaggy.
Shaggy and the Voodoo Priestess then head back to Persephone's garden.
Shaggy: Well I'm back to get my treasure.
