Let me say something here...
I was in the OC through probably 2012/13?
First of all, nearly everyone in that chat was under the age of 18 for that entire period of time.
After I left, the OC became a very small group of close-knit friends. NONE of those people have ever displayed even a hint of inappropriate behavior.
That's not to say that it can't happen, but I've never even seen a single accusation.
