What is the difference between having an account banned and an account disabled?
What are the consequences of having been banned or disabled?

I'm not sure. I think, when it's banned, it may be deleted, and if it's disabled, randomize just disables that person from logging into his or her account. I wouldn't know for sure though.

It's just I heard randomize has never 'banned' someone before, just disabled their account and couldn't tell the difference between the two punishments.. or if the rumor was true in the first place.
