Ok, so i call my friend after work. shes crying hysterically because her dog got a part of its tail cut off. what happened, was the 2 dogs were inside the basement. my friends mom opened the door to let them upstairs, and left the door open so they could come in and out. so they both were walking up the stairs, and the first dog apparently closed the door on the other ones tail and most of it is not on the dog anyomre :/ my friends dad is REFUSING to take it to the vet because its "too much money to fix" yet the other day he took her little brother and bought a new four-wheeler for him. does anyone know how much this costs? and if itd be cheaper to amputate it? Please help!
