Twilight is a good book, it's exciting and can be enjoyed by teens and adults, girls and boys alike! The writing in the first book (or even the first two books) is a little amateur but it gets better as the series goes on. I hate Twilight haters because most of them haven't even read the whole book, or any other books in the series!!
The main thing I DISLIKE about Twilight is Edward and Bella, they are Mary Sues, but it's still a great book!
mary sues??????? i think the books were great but i think the movies will be just as good with some distinct differences. right now i do know they are making the second book into a movie
A Mary Sue is a character who the author kinda tries to push onto us, Like the author shows favouritism or tries to convince us that or those characters are the best ever. Also, Mary Sues normally are very attractive, can snare almost anyone (normally the main character) around their finger no matter what, and have special abilities others don't. They also have no or very few flaws, or the only flaws they have is they blame themselves for things they can't control or didn't do.
