What Survivor should do

When you bring back returning players...
Do a Cook island type Season (20 people and 4 tribes)
or a Phillipines  type (18 people, 3 tribes)

Make only one tribe returnees... NOT HALF!!!

ALSO, dont put just one on a tribe, thats worse. That builds dependency...
