So, my brother is now 17, but he is going to turn 18 in a few weeks. He has met a girl who he really likes. He wants to ask her out, but he doesn't know if it would be right for him to ask out a 15 year old freshman. I don't really know either, so tengaged, what do you think?!?!? D: Post in the comments!

it depends when she turns 16.... once she is 16, it is perfectly okay to ask her out, as long as her parents are okay with it
