sorry, blogging about this again: http://www.tengaged.com/blog/ntakhar12/3462100/jenz
why would you plus a blog supporting suing people over an online game up to 1000 points. it's pathetic, first of all, and second of all I think it's hypocritical and idiotic that the same people who supported the blog are the "internet activists" that keep blogging about how we need to keep the internet free, and how our freedoms (e.g. freedom of speech) should be protected online just as they are offline. These are the same people who were against SOPA and PIPA because they would not let us have free speech online, yet suddenly they're supporting suing people online because they said something disagreeable. that's not freedom of speech.

Yes, I realize defamation of character is illegal. But just because something isn't legal doesn't mean it's wrong, it just means a law goes against it. Sure, talking shit about people might be hurtful, but that's what free speech is about. We don't have free speech to protect general speech, we have free speech to protect all "questionable" forms of it, such as the freedom to talk about certain political matters that aren't socially accepted, or **the freedom to talk shit about people**. Think for yourself and don't sue people to validate the fact that "defamation of character" is illegal, because regardless of its legal status it *should* be protected under freedom of speech. Don't strengthen an unfair law. k I'm getting off topic but you know what I mean.

If you're going to support a certain cause, don't completely ignore what you believe in when it suits you. AKA please, get a grip on reality. Thanks bye done ranting
