eviction question???

And i am aware one is for inactivity but how is this worked out is over the whole game or within the last 12 hours????

The 3 who go up for eviction aren't randomly selected it goes on the amount of posses/Negs that you get. I think anyway..

I believe a very small percentile comes into factor of previous days, such as equal inactivity, or any other reason of having to refer to other days. Bleh, none of us know the Algorithm for sure (+)
