me when i have a panic attack then remember the last time i had one for days i didn't eat and i lost weight… unhealthy eating habits hmm. sometimes i feel like its for the better but i hate being anxious and starving but i also hate being fat, i feel so lethargic bc im both 😭 just thinking out loud

Eating issues are awful ... I've been suffering with Bulimia for over 12 years now It's a daily battle but we'll make it in time.
