and I don't know how to increase it. I keep joining fastings and castings but it keeps going down. :(

Are you dying in the castings? Bc you don’t get health if you die, only if you get evicted

Only way to raise it fastest is Fastings. Castings you have to actually play the game. Fastings you don’t.

Casting doesn’t gain you health you actually lose it if you die which I can see you have been as you look like you’ve just joined and left. If you join and leave fasting you get +10.

You haven’t joined a fasting since elimination from survivor which would explain it not increasing
