people use editing programs such as photoshop and GIMP to make their designs. Or they just re-use old designs with permission from the original creator and sell them in a shop.

BTW, your sonic style hair is crappy. Just saying. It doesn't fit properly. That's why nobody is plussing it. You should check before you upload them.
