Hood is very much applicable to peeople living in places where they are products of broken homes, ugly neeighborhood, bad upbringing, lost direction, a bum, a black sheep, a no-good person, a stray person...a hooligan
If you don't know the best answer is no, you're not hood. Hood means in a way that you're tough. They categorize places that blacks stay, apartments that look as if there under very little or no management
1. The ghetto.
2. Someone who is from the ghetto.
3. Someone who acts like they are from the ghetto.
