who are begging for designs.. how sad are they.. i know how tough it is to get a start when you begin and everyone deserves a chance, not just the *popular* guys.. this isnt high school..

a lot of high levels dont really have enough money to buy things regularly. that said, i usually post the name of someone who doesnt have many designs on gift giveaways since once you have a full avatar i dont feel like you really need more designs
