In a conversation.

if someone is not plussing then do not plus them back and make sure every comment has more or less the same amount of plusses.

(unless in situations where there is drama and you feel like you have to neg them)

This could mean negging comment in order that it is fair.

This will stop non plussers having an advantage in games :D
