Is it really right to harbor such hatred for people on the internet?

I mean

1. You met them on the internet, if a kid on the Internet insults you, does it ever really matter in the huge scheme of things

2. Half the time they are 14-16 year olds.... and can you call a 16 year old a horrible person?  I mean are they even a person yet?
