Breathing Therapy:
For Headache: try to close your RIGHT nostril & breathe thru your LEFT nostril for 5 mins. The headache will be gone.
TIRED & STRESSED: Do the opposite. Close your LEFT nostril & breathe thru your RIGHT nostril for 5 mins. to refresh yourself & calm down
