Possible Immunity Challenge 3 Suntribe

Nov 16, 2009 by bingo21
imageThis Immunity Challenge will test individual and team ability in the form of a relay race. Each tribe will choose a tribe member for each task in the challenge based on their abilities and skills. Sun tribe has two extra members and needs to sit out two players.

How the challenge Works
After both tribes have selected a tribe member for each station, the challenge begins from the starting platform where the tribe member #1 on the platform will receive a piece of flint. When the challenge begins, member #1 with the flint will have to race across a thin floating plank to 4 floating platforms. Member #1 will then attempt to leap across these floating platforms and reach the beach without touching the water.
To make matters more difficult, each tribe will also have member #2 on their
slingshot platform who will aim to fire water balloons filled with the tribe's coloured paint at the member of the opposing tribe crossing the platforms. If the tribe member #1 is hit by the opposing team’s paint, they must swim back to the first floating platform and try once more to reach the beach. When tribe member #1 successfully reaches the beach, they must hand the flint to teammate #3.
Tribe member #3 must then assemble a wooden ladder by fitting rungs into an
empty ladder frame. Once the ladder is completed it must be used to surmount the wall in front of member #3. After player #3 has cleared the wall, the flint must be passed on to contestant #4.
Survivor #4 will attempt to retrieve 3 puzzle bags from a maze. They will be
guided through the maze by tribe member #5 who is observing the maze from the Viewing Tower. Once all three bags are collected and member #4 has navigated through the maze, they pass the flint on to tribe member #6 in front of a puzzle board.
Contestant #6 must then complete an intricate puzzle board with the pieces
they have received. What contestant #6 must figure out is that the board is double sided and some of the pieces must be placed correctly on the underside of the board. Once the board is complete a trapdoor will open at the opposite side of the board where player #7 is standing. The flint must be passed to contestant #7 before they receive a machete from the trap door.
Contestant #7 must then, using the flint and the machete strike a spark to set a
trail of gun powder on fire. This trail leads to a rope that when set on fire will release the teams flag, signalling that tribe the winners of the challenge. Each team’s last line of defence is member #8 who stands on a blow dart platform and has a blow dart gun with small capsules filled with water as ammunition. Contestant #8 aims to extinguish the other teams flame by firing water capsules at the fire trail. The first team to burn the rope and release their flag win immunity.
