Sherri Holland is a recurring character on 13 Reasons Why. She is portrayed by Ajiona Alexus. She's a senior at Liberty High School. She is the subject of tape 10 where she was responsible for abandoning Hannah after she crashed her car into a stop sign which later caused the death of another student.
Sheri is a sweet and kind human being, who seems to look out for Clay and Hannah, but can sometimes lack some consideration when she feels like she's in trouble and needs to defend herself.
Alex Standall is the former friend of Hannah Baker, and the former friend and boyfriend of Jessica Davis. Alex meets the two at Monet, and the three become friends until he and Jessica begin to drift away from Hannah.
Alex and Jessica broke up. To get back at her, he creates a "Hot List" where he awards Hannah with "Best Ass" and Jessica with "Worst Ass." This worsens the relationship between Hannah and Jessica because Jessica, in turn, blames her breakup with Alex on Hannah.
At the end of Episode 12, we see that someone has been shot in the head in the back of the ambulance. It is not until Episode 13, when the Head of Liberty High tells Mr. Porter that Alex shot himself in the head the night before and remains in a critical condition in hospital
Jessica Davis is a fierce girl that began Liberty High around the same time as Hannah Baker. She mentions that she is a military brat, explaining why her family has moved around so much. The two were paired up as friends by their guidance counselor but bonded as a result. The two hang out at Monet where they meet another kid new to Liberty High, Alex Standall.
Jessica is the second person on the list of reasons why Hannah killed herself.

Clay Jensen is the main protagonist in the Netflix Original series 13 Reasons Why. He is a high school student that received a package of tapes recorded by a deceased classmate and friend, Hannah Baker.
Clay and Hannah worked at the same movie theater, with Hannah initially training him. The two became acquainted over the summer after Hannah moved to Clay's town. Hannah throws a party at her house, which her friend Kat explains is the first party that Clay has attended since the fourth grade. Clay didn't do anything to Hannah. He was on the tapes because he was such a huge part in her life.

At the beginning of the story, Hannah has a quick witted, funny personality. As time goes on, she shifts more to a closed off, edgy person. This causes her to push people away that she cares about, including Clay. The more the tapes go on, it's clear that Hannah sent the tape as the last act of spite and manipulation to make the people that she felt had wronged her feel what she felt.
