After one is voted out, and has seen the way the house has voted, they should be able to make one comment which will be their "last words" they will be able to state their last words within the day they were evicted. Hopefully this will come into effect because when i am voted out i would like to talk to my other houseguests, either to go out with a bang or to thank them for a good game.

if they want last word they just do a Blog about you or send you a message, but I see your point and that would be funny.. for a limited time or something.
I agree, I think that is a good idea. It would be even better to limit things to a few words, so people would have to choose really carefully what exactly they wanted to say. It's like those four word movie reviews.
LOL, there are times when I want to reveal some skeletons in the closet, alliances, and what not to the remaining housemates, and that would be an awesome idea once I walk out that door!
