In Micronesia, Kathy didn't tell the producers that she was on anti-anxiety medication and decided to quit cold turkey. This ultimately led to her breakdown and removal from the game. She also asked production if she could cut off the tip of her finger to remove herself from the game due to injury rather than quitting so Jeff "wouldn't get mad at her."

During the jury vote in Thailand, Ken asked Brian why he targeted Ted early in the merge. Brian dodged the question, but apparently Ken was trying to get Brian to out the fact that he told Ken he didn't want a black person to win two seasons in a row.

In One World, Bill found Colton's hidden immunity idol and threw it into the ocean. Colton found out and the producers were forced to give him a replacement idol. This is part of the reason Colton hated Bill so much and they threw the immunity challenge to vote him out.

During the very first tribal council in Survivor: Borneo, the Tagi tribe did not take the tribal council ritual seriously, and after the producers initially read the votes they realized Tagi had all voted Jeff Probst out of the tribe.
