Her boyfriend is gone to treatment and she would be alone the whole time but she asked me to come spend a few weeks which I was happy to oblige.

I'm very proud of my friend and her bf for making an effort to help with their drinking, they always invited me over for parties, now they want to get their shit together and as a good friend should I'll do anything I can to support xo
