"Secret Nominee & Public Nominee" like the HoH will nom 2 people but one of them will stay secret the entire week up until eviction so its up to the HoH to tell them who the nominee is if they want or they could lie about who it is. So when the house guests vote they can say I vote to evict "said person" or "the secret nominee" then when Julie reads the votes she'll say who the secret nom is. #Drama
EDIT: this could go on for like 4-5 weeks like they did with MVP ; so the veto comps would have to be individual with everyone seeming like they are playing (sorta like saboteur) to keep up who the 2nd nom is.
That would be interesting but I think it would get old kinda fast. Since you would know if the HoH picked a bigger player if you keep seeing players like Victoria or Jenn keep going up
