It's so true! Especially when in college! We are expected as college students to go to class, do our homework, and get good grades. But then our friends expect us to have free time and go out and do fun things. On top of that your parents want you to get a job so that you can pay for things yourself. If you're dedicated to your job, your boss will probably ask more of you because they know you will get it done. Grandparents are always asking about your significant other that they are waiting for you to get, so if you do that then you must work in time to visit them and hang out. And if all of that isn't enough, you sometimes just want alone time, wrapped in blankets watching Netflix and sipping on some alcohol... And people wonder why some people don't want to "get a life" because having a life is hard. But, with all of that said, having a life does give you great memories, fun adventures, and feelings that you didn't even know existed. So do your best to have a life, but don't let anyone tell you how to live it.
