Happy New Year, everyone! I am super-excited that it is now 2011! Later this year I will be graduating high school, and by doing so, I will be ending one chapter of my life and starting another, more exciting one. I'll more than likely be moving out shortly after graduation with a couple friends of mine.
I got to thinking a little bit ago, and I was wondering what my goals for the year should be. Notice that I didn't say Resolutions, because I can never manage to stick to those.
One of my goals is to stay focused during the last six months of my school career. I have a lot of tests that I need to retake before this semester finishes in three weeks, and failure of any of my classes is not an option in the least bit. My goal is simply to graduate - not get into college. Hell, I didn't even apply to college. While my guidance counselors may frown upon this, quite frankly I don't give a fuck. This is my life, and college isn't for me.
I plan to submit an audition tape to MTV for The Real World. Ever since I started watching reality television at the age of eleven, it has been my dream to make it big as a reality television star. All of my friends and some of my family members have even told me they could see me on The Real World. Should I make it on, I will definitely go on the challenge shows. :]
I want to break out of my shell this year. I want this year to be the year that I get a job, move out, do what I want, and be outgoing. This year is the start of my adult life, and I am ready to take on whatever the world throws at me. Bring it, bitches!
