after reading the top 10's Frat Bio and requirements it shows that alot of the 'leaders' are just bored outkasts trying to stay relevant and want to maintain influence , by creating something 'exclusive' and outsing the rest of tengaged who is not with them, without even trying to get to know people. #FrATS
