I don't understand how health works on castings, I'll join a game when my profile says that I have 100% health however when I join the game I've only got 10% health, I've never played a castings game where I haven't died from health. Can someone explain to me what's going on, thank you.

It's like that.. your profile health (100%) is for Health-based games such as Survivor and Frookies.
However, for castings, everyone starts at 10%. Don't fret though. The more active you are, the higher your health is going to be in the game.
