Lets stop using the word murder, the correct team is manslaughter (which means the accidental killing of someone, ie drunk driving)

So yes, he manslaughtered someone, and that is absolutely terrible.

I have no further opinion on this, I hope Inb4 gets what he deserves, whatever the justice feels is appropriate.

Just my 2 cents.
