shadowballer000 depends on a lot of factors mate. when i was in uni i got a fully furnished flat with 7 other people, then it was like an extra £50/month bills and £20/week groceries.
if you still go college/uni then talk to their housing/accommodation services cuz they might be able to sort you out. otherwise look into local listings
As a real estate agent, I will tell you that if you want to rent on your own or w/ a roommate, you need to establish credit. If you're above 650 in credit, you're in great shape. If you're below that, not good. To get a place, a lot of landlords look for 3 months worth of rent at the same time: first, security (as much as a months worth of rent), and last.
