Guys, I am so newbie yet, but i am wondering to know how could i get in a Stars?

I need which color level, and how much T$, and when it's opened?

You need Black and 150T$
Unless you get the stars giveaway, where 400 people compete in polls to get 16 free entries, any color level yellow+
