So this morning my seminar class got a list of topics that we have to choose our thesis topic from, as well as the list of advisers for each topic.
Torn between 2 topics right now:
1) I like the topic a lot more and it's more math based, but I'm not sure how much the adviser is going to be.
2) I find the topic interesting, but it's more theoretical, but the adviser is very good, I've had him for several courses and the mayor of the town my school is located in so I could get an edge that way.
It's basically between better topic or better adviser..... =/
Edit: An adviser is a professor in the department that you should be consulting and getting help from, if needed, for the undergraduate thesis. Everyone doing their thesis is assigned an adviser based on the topic and what the prof. specializes in.
