You can only get Karma up by placing in games. The better you do in the game, the more Karma and T$ you get.
You can also get a little extra money when people plus your blogs, and when they click on your donation link, but only if you put the link on a site outside tengaged.com
also, after you get karma, you can submit designs. If enough people plus your design idea, it will go to the auction, where other players can bid on the item, and you get the winning bid.
