I think a ruler/king should be someone who can run his people.
I would give orders for people to not work for me but with me.
I think it's important as a leader not to say taht "I'm above everyone else", but to just in teh end make the final decision. Like a meeting of people with a president of the meeting. There needs to be heirachy so everyone knows who they need to go to. But I've learned in life everyone needs to feel like a part of the group. I would lead based on public opinion of domacracy and gut instinct. Overall...my kingdom would be important for everyone to play a part. No one left behind.
