Brigade, because they made it all the way to the end of their season with a majority of alliance. In neither of Chilltowns seasons did they make more than 50% of the alliance to the final 3, Brigade made 75% of their alliance to the Final 3. So, overall they were both annoying, but the Brigade was better!
