I would like to start off by saying I take no offense to Heathers blog whatsoever. I would also like to point out that I was not behind the drivers seat last night. I was in the passengers seat. My friend was driving. Yesterday was my 21st birthday, so of course I wanted to have some drinks to celebrate. Drinking and driving is not okay, which is why I didn't do it. Admin, Heather was not being serious when she said that she would harm me, so please unban her. She doesn't deserve it. Was the blog okay? no. Was her threats okay? no. RainbowKing I decided to remove the ban. The video was removed by the time we had received reports of the issue, so we didn't know where they were directing the threats. A mass amount of people had taken offense, and the user decided to admit to the issue (with negotiation). Thank you for clarifying things up for us!
koolness234 Though I understand that, if the user it is direct towards doesn't have an issue with it, we see no reason to keep them banned. If they had reported it initially (which RainbowKing didn't), they would remain banned as the system isn't a game. I still go by what Babeeeidah said. However, this only applies to actions that may affect others.
admin then you need to clarify rules because the rule of no threats of violence against users isnt no threats of violence against users if the user in question is offended. Not saying it wasnt right to overturn the ban but you need to edit your rule on harassment and such because this is going to be a future problem. Regardless of if someone found offence to it does not absolve her of any guilt
