They're not gonna cut Lucario.  The Sinnoh remakes could be around the corner, so Lucario still holds relevance.  If there going to cut any Pokemon, I actually think it will be Jigglypuff since there have been games with it only made it in by the skin of their teeth.
They're also not gonna cut Roy.  Roy and Mewtwo were literally added as DLC because they were demanded back in the roster.
I would switch out Impa with Toon Zelda because I could definitely see another toon character get added and I think it's high time one does.
I could see Daisy getting the Alph treatment and being an Alt for Peach.
I doubt they'd switch Dark Pit out for Viridi.  I think now that they have more time with Dark Pit they'll update his moves so that he's not too much of a clone Pit.  I wouldn’t be mad to see Viridi though.
I think a new Fire Emblem character will replace Robin.  I’ve heard cases for Lucina being cut, but honestly, I think it’ll be Robin who gets the boot from Fire Emblem to make way for a new character.
There’s a lot of demand for Krystal to represent Star Fox, so I can see her getting in.
They’re not gonna add any more Kirby characters.  The Kirby reps are fine where they are with Kirby, Meta Knight, and King Dedede.
I think the trades between roster and Assist Trophy are going to be equal, so if Little Mac is going to be traded with Waluigi between fighter and Assist Trophy and then do a second trade, the character coming from the Assist Trophy should be someone like Magnus or Shadow, and in the latter’s case, I think Sonic at this point should get a 2nd character in the roster and I can see Shadow being the one they choose since he can use both Chaos Control and Chaos Blast, giving him a Ryu treatment in the Final Smash Department where he gets 2 instead of 1.
